Payment must be received in US Funds by Wednesday, May 5, 2010, 12:00 noon Central Time via bank wire or company/personal check with an attached bank letter of guarantee. Buyer can take possession of item with paid invoice. Failure of the bidder to submit payment or failure to remove all items will result in the bidder being blocked from participating in future auctions with no notification. All property sells "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Inspection of property before bidding is strongly encouraged. To inspect the items contact Seller. Bidders are responsible for inspection of items and will not be issued a rebate or refund for any reason. Any written or verbal descriptions from the seller, seller's agent or Big Iron are not guaranteed. All items must be picked up by Wednesday, May 12, 2010, 5:00 pm. Any items not removed by removal date will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. All applicable sales & use tax will be added to the purchase price of all non-titled items. Titled Items: There will be a $25 title transfer fee applied to all titled items. Titles to any titled items will be mailed to the buyer via certified mail no sooner than 14 days after receipt of payment, regardless of payment type. The auction carries a five-minute extension.
