Titles Representative

Responsibilities will include oversight of all titles and the title transfer process. Candidate will be required to work closely with our sales staff and customers to ensure proper documentation is obtained.

Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate inspection, registration, and title compliance for every vehicle
Review vehicle titles for accuracy and completeness (VIN, odometer reading, release of liens)
Prepare necessary tax and title documentation for submission to the tax agency
Ensure the company s registration and title work meets state requirements
Maintain current knowledge of DMV regulations regarding vehicle titles
Create and maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
Compile and maintain a complete and accurate list to track the status of title transactions
Verify the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder(s) have been paid off before processing title
Apply for duplicate title, or corrected title, when necessary
Correspond with financial institutions regarding liens and payoffs
Correspond with DMV personnel and other representatives of regulatory agencies to resolve title issues
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding title concerns
General office duties, including answering the phone and filing
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years experience in auction or automobile sales support or work within state department of motor vehicles
Working knowledge of title processing and applicable state regulations regarding vehicle titles
Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax documents and title documents
Highly professional, dependable, and strong work ethic
Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet

Preferences
Experience in the finance or automotive industry
Fleet vehicle management experience
Experience processing titles for multiple states
Knowledge of state laws and guidelines regarding titles and tax
Notary is a plus

IT Specialist

The IT specialist will own the configuration, maintenance and security of all company IT infrastructure, applications and data, cloud, network and desktop. The IT specialist will provide support on all company networks, including design, implementation, maintenance, as well as, access control and security. The IT specialist will support all enterprise business applications, including email, document management, ERP, CRM and expense reporting, including application configuration, access management and data backup and security. The IT Specialist will also provide assistance to all levels of people in the company with computer software, hardware or system problems. IT Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact (telephone and email) for new and existing employees. IT Specialist may manage contractors to complete desktop support tasks.

Responsibilities
Configure, maintain and secure the Company network
Configure, conduct and maintain backups of all Company data
Configure and support all network hardware, e.g., servers, routers, printers
Configure, maintain and secure (control access to) all BigIron enterprise applications, e.g., Concur, Avalara, NetSuite, PayChex and tbd enterprise applications Configure, maintain and support desktop productivity applications including Microsoft Office Applications, as well as, softphone and video conferencing applications
Solve technical support inquiries using all available resources, including remote support
Provide technology assistance to users in a timely manner, including setup, configuration, and basic explanation via in person, on the phone or in an email
Ability to communicate difficult concepts to various audiences
Complete basic requests on first contact, and follow through longer projects to completion
Ensure workstations, phones and software function properly, and are reliable and secure including Spyware and virus removal
Ensure all new employees and independent contractors under contract with Company are set up properly and are assisted with the on-boarding process, including application of user licenses
Maintain a complete inventory of all assets: hardware, software, printers, and other property
Participate and contribute in weekly infrastructure team meetings to review help desk tickets accomplished and those that are in the queue, review system performance and availability metrics as well as analyze issues

Qualifications and Experience
2-4 years of technical support experience
Experience administrating Active Directory, printer and file shares
Experience administrating enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Concur, Outlook
Experience administrating cloud-based applications
Experience supporting both PCs and Macs


Preferences
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline is preferred, though comparable knowledge and proof of learning ability, through job experience, is also acceptable
Experience with IT purchasing and vendor interaction

Maintain, increase and develop company awareness and sales of online auction services in a defined district. Provide leadership and adequate communication to develop the sales representatives within the assigned district.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree; or five plus years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination and experience. Must have knowledge of equipment sales in agricultural, construction or transportation and possesses leadership qualities. Computer proficiency required.
