    This 148.26± acre property is 9.5 miles north of Garden City, KS, on Hwy 83.  It borders the east side of Hwy 83 with Wiebe Road on the north.   It’s 97.5% Class 2, Beeler silt loam 0-1%slopes and Class 2 Beeler/Ulysses silt loam 1-3% slope.  It’s farmed in thirds in a wheat, sorghum, fallow rotation with excellent residue management.  The north 50.26 acres is planted to wheat with the Buyer receiving a 1/3 owner’s crop share.  No reimbursement is required for owner inputs on the wheat.  The Buyer must succeed to the owner’s crop insurance policy and pay the premium.     BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this land for 14 days beginning March 29, 2022, and ending April 12, 2022, at11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes.
