    This combination farm of pasture and dry crop ground lays rolling to gently rolling, with some development potential. There is a well maintained 4 wire fence around the farm with newer cross fences. There is an acreage with corrals that would make an excellent place to calve cows and/or build a new house. The current house is not livable. There is a newer Richie waterer in the corrals, and a submersible well with a buried underground line with two tanks to provide water. The pasture has some broadleaf trees in it for shade with very few cedar trees. In the southwest corner there is a nice shelterbelt planted in 1992. The grass is a mixture buffalo grass, little bluestem and brome which makes a nice mix of warm and cool season grasses. Current owner has been maintaining thistle control and sprays it every year.  There are two separate fields of dryland fenced off on the east and west, approximately 20+/– acres each. There is a green creep feeder and Bosch panels that do not sell with the farm.

You do not have to be present to bid online, but you are required to be available by phone.

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning April 11, 2019 and ending April 25, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours prior to the auction close or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.
