This is an inventory reduction sale to rework the rock pad where their inventory sits, the majority of items are their day to day inventory. Due to construction work & time constraints all items selling must be removed before 11/20/22. See special loading times, days, and instructions in the lot descriptions.SPECIAL LOADING/PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS & TIMES: Loading Hours Will Be Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-4:00PM And Friday's 8:00AM-NOON & 3:00PM to 5:00PM. Absolutely No Loading Assistance Will Be Available From NOON To 3:00PM on Friday’s (No Exceptions), Special Sunday Hours On 11/13/22 & 11/20/22 Are 9:00AM-NOON. Please Call 24 Hours In Advance To Make An Appointment. PLEASE NOTE: THE LAST DAY TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IS Sunday, 11/20/22. Please Do Not Bid Unless You Can Pick Up Your Items By Sunday 11/20/22. Any Item Not Picked Up By 11/20/22 Will Incur A $25/day Storage Fee And Any Items Not Removed By 12/10/22 Will Be Relisted/Sold on BigIron To Recover Storage Fees.
Forklift Loading Is Provided At No Cost To You, Absolutely No Manual Labor Provided. These Pallets Of Stones Are Very Heavy So Make Sure You Have An Adequate Trailer & Straps. Straps Will Be Available For Purchase. Please Check Your Tire Pressure, There Is No Air Compressor Available On Site. If You Are Sending A Semi Truck, Be Sure To Send A Flatbed Or Step Deck Trailer As They Will Not Be Able To Load A Dry Van. NO PACKAGING OR SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.
DELIVERY: Not All items are eligible for delivery. Local Delivery Is As Follow: Wichita/Andover city limit deliveries start at $95 for the first pallet and $30 for each additional Pallet/bag/item; on the same trip. Boulder placement may be available for an additional $75 each. No manual labor is available. Boulder placement requires 12 foot clearance in width and height. Delivery by appointment starts at $250.
