Sim-Angus + 1 Red Char & 1 Red Roan Pairs 6-8 Yr Old (BID PER PAIR), Qty 5 Pair, Actual Weight: 1200-1400 Lbs, Chris Has Utilized Some Of The Top Genetics From Cammack Farms Angus Sire Groups And Developed A Really Nice Set Of Commercial Cows. Due To Loosing Pasture Chris Has Been Forced To Liquidate A Majority Of His Cowherd. They Have Concentrated On Quality, Easy Fleshing Females That Have Longevity, Fertility And Good Mothering Ability. These Cows Have Been The Heart Of Their Herd And Have Consistently Raised 600 Lb + Calves At Weaning Each Year. They Have To Make It Out On Their Own As They Are Taken To Summer Range In The SE Hills Of Nebraska Until Late Fall. They Run On Cornstalks In The Winter And 60 Days Prior To Calving Are Supplemented Free Choice Hay, Stalk Bales And Mineral If The Snow Gets Too Deep To Prepare For Calving. They Began Calving End Of March Through End Of April, The Calves Will Be 3-6 Wks Old By Sale Day And Will Be Ready For Shipment. The Pairs Are Easy To Work With On Foot, Atv And Are Hot-wire Broke.
