The charge of $50.00 is at the discretion of seller at time of loading. This will be collected at time of load out after 1 hour. Any items left after 30 days without contact will be charged a $25 per day lot fee, any items left after 45 days without contact will be deemed abandoned and re listed NO REFUND.
