    The bidding increments will be $100. 

    This 320 acres lives and breathes like 1,000 acres. There are dams, deciduous and cedar trees throughout, along with a good mix of food plots in a secluded location only 10 minutes west of Genoa or 45 minutes northeast of Grand Island, NE.
    UTV’s and 4 wheelers are acceptable to be on the property to hunt and retrieve your animals. A deposit is required for any trash pick up and will be refunded upon review of the property – (pack in pack out).

    Bidding Process: Bidding increments will be $100 Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments. You may place bids on this hunting lease for 14 days beginning October 22, 2020, and ending November 5, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing times will be automatically extended when any one of the coupled tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes. This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.  All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours prior to the auction close or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.

    All bidders must be approved to bid and, in order to protect the integrity of the auction, all bidders must pay a $25 participation fee via credit card to bid, so register at least 24 hours before the auction close or call the listing agent for assistance. The winning bidder will have their participation fee credited to their lease payment. Only customers who pay the participation fee will be able to bid in the auction. In addition, during the last 5 days of the auction, the current bid amount will only be visible to customers who pay the participation fee. After the auction closes, the final rental price will only be visible to the landholder and the winning rental bidder. 

    Land Location: From the intersection of Hwy 22 and N 320th Ave (just west of Preferred Sands) go 2 1/2 miles north.

    Possession: After payment has been made. The lease expires on January 31, 2021.

    Terms: The successful bidder will be required to enter into a written hunting lease agreement immediately after the sale with full payment due within 48 hours of the sale payable to LandRenter. The payment can be made by certified check or by wire transfer. Please have all the financial arrangements made prior to the auction. The written hunting lease agreement, to be signed by Owner and Lessee after the auction, is the sole and controlling document of this lease and supersedes any and all other terms whether verbal, written, expressed, or implied, and shall be the sole and controlling document for this transaction. LandRenter is an agent of and is working for the Seller. Agent owned. The Lease expires on January 31, 2021. The owner and/or owner’s agent will be inspecting the property throughout the lease.
