    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm beginning December 27, 2018. Bidding concludes on January 17, 2019. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled ending time, the bidding period is automatically extended for five more minutes. The extension process will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the last day of the auction to register to bid online.     2017 Real Estate Taxes:  $7,619.24

    Land Location: From the junction of Hwy 281 and Hwy 56 south of Greeley, Nebraska, go 7 miles east on Hwy 56 to Stringtown Road, then 3 ½ miles south to the northwest corner of the property. Or from the junction of WPA Road and Hwy 56 east of Greeley, go 2 miles west to Stringtown Road, then 3 ½ miles south to the northwest corner of the property.

    Terms: The successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement immediately after the sale. Buyer must make a 10% non-refundable down payment payable to BigIron Realty Trust Account. The earnest deposit can be made by a personal check, company check or by wire transfer. The balance will be due at closing on or before February 17, 2019. Buyer will receive full possession at closing. Seller will provide marketable title to the buyer evidenced by Title Insurance. Title insurance and closing costs will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller on each tract.
