    Description: This Richardson County, NE, farm has been in the Mehlin family for over 100 years and now you have the opportunity to own and farm this highly productive piece of ground. This farm is lightly terraced, lays nearly flat and has 143.10 base acres as reported by the FSA. Very rich Wymore silty clay loam covers the entire piece from head to toe. The Natural Resource Conservation Service rates this farm’s soil at an excellent NCCPI score of 61.1.  There is a good possibility that an irrigation system could be installed, with several others in the area, but no test holes have been attempted. Included in the sale are three, well protected, 6,000-bushel grain bins on site and they are currently being utilized. The farm is located about 7.45 miles directly west of Stella and about 3.5 miles north of Humboldt.     Grain Bins:

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days, beginning December 1, 2023, and ending December 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
