This farm has a 15,000-bushel grain bin the seller had erected within the last two years. It has an 8-inch unloading auger, a power sweep and a gravity spreader. The Seller has grain in the bin now and will have until September 1, 2019, to remove the grain. Possession is open for 2019. Investors: The Seller would be interested in renting the farm back if a producer is needed. There is an older Zimmatic 10 tower pivot on the property which has had some updating to the towers over the years; there are 5 sets of newer 11.2-38 rims and tires that have replaced the 11.24.5 tires that came with the pivot. There is a John Deere power unit, model 4045TF270B, that goes with the farm. The Seller is the original owner of the power unit.
