    Description: Here's your opportunity to purchase a very nice laying, productive, irrigated quarter in southeast York County. The farm does have a history of seed corn production. There is also a 4-bedroom, one-bathroom home and a 48' X 38' metal shed that is fully cemented that sits on the northeast side of the property. The sale includes a 7-tower T/L pivot and a 454 natural gas power unit, both new in 2014. Also included is an Amarillo gearhead w/pump.


    The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid. The real estate agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm. BigIron Realty Representatives will assist buyers with registering to bid online. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days, beginning September 7, 2023, and ending September 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours before the auction closes or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.

    Land Location: From the intersection of Hwy 81 and McCool Junction, go 10 ½ miles east on Road 4,then 1 mile south on Road V or, from the intersection of Hwy 6 and Road 21 on the east side of Exeter, go 6 miles north on Road 21 which will turn into Road T when you cross the county line, then go 2 miles east on Road 3.
