    This pivot irrigated quarter is located on a well-maintained gravel road and is only ½ mile south of the Tarnov blacktop. Included in the sale is a modern 9-tower Zimmatic pivot nozzled at 850 gpm and a 75 hp electric well. Also included is a 60,000-bushel grain bin with a power sweep and a self-contained unload system. The 410 Zimmatic pivot located in the southwest corner is also included but is not in working order. 
    **Please note** The well located on this property supplies water to the quarter to the north that is currently being farmed by the seller. Call for details. The seller also reserves the right to the grain bin until July.

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning February 14, 2019, and ending February 28, 2019, at 10:00 AM. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
