    Description: Here’s your opportunity to purchase a quality pivot irrigated quarter. The farm lays flat and is located on a good gravel road. The seller has already applied a portion of the fertilizer for the 2023 crop season, and it will be included in the sale at no extra cost. See the website for details on the fertilizer that was applied and for the 2022 grid sample results. Also included in the sale is a 100HP submersible pump that was installed new in 2018 and attached electrical panels. One of the electrical panels is a Variable Frequency Drive motor control panel.  This adjusts the rpm on the motor to maintain a constant water pressure as the corner arm extends in and out and helps with electrical consumption. The pivot, which is a Pierce,7-tower plus a corner arm, will be sold to the buyer separately from the sale of the land at a cost of $60,000.00. Call for details!

Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm. BigIron Realty Representatives will be there to assist buyers with registering to bid online. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days, beginning January 19, 2023, and ending February 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours before the auction closes or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.
