That Being Said, She Really Is Not For A Beginner As She Is In Her Prime With A Big Motor And Looking To Go To Work. Seth Has Broke And Trained A Thousand Plus Colts Over The Years And When You Get A Horse From Him You Know What Your Getting. This Mare Has Great Confirmation, Good Feet And Legs And Will Get Out And Travel For A Full Day. She Has Been Shod But Not Necessary As She Has Really Dark Hard Feet And Legs. She Is Comfortable Around Dogs, Other Horses And Easy To Load. She Is Routinely Wormed And Will Have A Recent Coggins Test If Sold Out Of State. Seth and Jenna Adam have been ranching in the heart of the Sandhills with their family for several years now. They not only use horses every day on the ranch but they have created a personal business in breaking young colts and developing them from the basic fundamentals to focused abilities in heading, healing, sorting and general ranching. Along with Seth and Jenna's talent for saddle making and leather goods they can be a one-stop-shop for the American Cowboy and Rancher. They have created a respected reputation in the horse industry with repeat customers for several years.Horse Sale Guidelines: All sales are complete at end of sale, ownership is transferred to new buyer and encouraged to be insured.
Seller Contingencies:
1. Provide a current Coggins test and health certificate to BigIron prior to sale and available to the new buyer
2. Pedigree and Transfer Papers will be provided to new buyer from seller after collection of payment in 48 hours of sale. Transfer fees will be at buyers expense.
3. Seller will guarantee and warrant horse is visually sound of eyes and wind, non-cribber, free of nerve or navicular disease, foundered and any other known disease.
Buyer Contingencies:
1. Buyer is responsible for pre-inspection prior to purchase.
2. Buyer is responsible for health and insurance coverage on any horse purchase once the horse sale has officially closed.
