Seller Story

Tim and his brother Larry proudly represent the 5th generation on the farm, a legacy that has shaped Nolan Farms for over a century. Their bond remained strong through challenges like the drought of 2012 and the wet spring of 2019. The long hours spent working side by side created countless great memories.

Throughout the years, the equipment on the farm was always treated with care—washed, serviced, and stored indoors to ensure it remained in top condition. The low hours and low acres on their equipment, like the 4960 and 9200 tractors, are a testament to the dedication of a no-till farming operation. These tractors have very few tillage hours on them.

As Tim passes this equipment on, he hopes the next owner will continue the tradition of respect for both the land and the machines. He will miss the late nights and early mornings of harvest the most—the quiet moments of hard work and dedication that are at the heart of farming.

Farming has taught Tim the value of perseverance, a lesson that has shaped both his work and his life. It’s a lesson he hopes will inspire the next generation of farmers.
