    Here's an opportunity to purchase a nice pivot irrigated farm in York County, NE. The farm lays flat to gently rolling. It has good fertility and is located close to an Ethanol plant and local grain markets. This sale includes a new well drilled in 2017 by Henderson Irrigation and a 2017 9-tower Valley pivot. The tenant owns the power unit, and it does not sell with the farm. The east pivot on this tract is an 8-tower Reinke with well, pump, 350hp Chevy power unit, and generator. The Big Blue River winds through the southside of the farm and offers excellent deer and wildlife habitat. After the 2021 harvest, soil sampling was completed, and 150 lbs MAP per acre was applied to the farm.

    BigIron Realty Agents will be at the BigIron Realty Office in Columbus, NE, on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the online auction. Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm.  BigIron Realty Representatives will be there to assist Buyers with registering to bid online.  You do not have to be present to bid online, but you are required to be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning February 15, 2022, and ending March 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24hours prior to the auction close or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.

    Terms:  The successful Buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement immediately after the sale with a $100,000 non-refundable down payment to be payable to BigIron Realty Trust Account.  The earnest deposit can be made by a personal check, company check, or wire transfer. The balance will be due at closing on or before April 1, 2022. Possession will be granted at closing.
