Included in the property is The Corner Post Hunting Lodge. It is a 2-story lodge with a full basement having 1138 sq. ft. on the main floor. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 3/4 baths with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and rec room. This lodge has a metal roof, masonry concrete block siding with a concrete basement foundation. It has central heat and air as well as 2 pellet fireplace stoves. It comes fully stocked with furniture, beds, 2 refrigerators, washer & dryer, electric stove, TV's, a bar and pool table in the rec room. ALL ITEMS IN THE LODGE ARE BEING SOLD AS IS.There is also a 20x40 Metal calving shed that includes a vet room with hot water and a sink, several pens and a working head gate for pulling calves. There are three feeding pens with approx. 250 ft. of feeder panels and continuous fencing with Johnson waterers. The catch pens are primarily continuous fencing with metal gates and the working pens are primarily pipe fencing and included a heavy-duty hydraulic squeeze chute and loading chute. A 24x18 garage with cement floors as well as four other out-buildings. The pasture has 3 & 4 wire barbed fencing and electric fences around the expired CRP grass. The water in the pasture is provided by a submersible well at the hunting lodge and a couple of small ponds.

Agent Comments: This property provides a very unique opportunity for both the hunter and or the cattleman. It is located next to a large area of walk-in hunting in the state of Kansas and is situated perfectly to be a sanctuary for trophy deer in the expired CRP. I personally saw 8 bucks both Mule and Whitetail come out of the tall grass as I drove over and inspected the property!

The bidding increments will be $25/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on total acres times the highest bid. Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.
