These Cows Have Calves At Side That Were Born The End Of April And Are Sired By Top Black And Red Balancer Bulls. The Cows Originated Off The Historic Rex Ranch And Were Bred To Raise The Kind Of Feeder Calves That Feeders Have Desired. The 40 Cows Are Hand Picked Out Of There Contemporary Calving Group And Will Fit Any Program. Definitely A Set Of Cows That Someone Could Start A Herd Around. Edwin Kay Farms has farmed & ranched in the Eastern Sandhills of St. Edward, NE for decades and in recent years developed a passion for building a commercial cow herd, backgrounding cattle and developing bred females/pairs for sale on an annual basis. Every fall and spring they will sell some of the mature breds & pairs and this spring they have a nice set of mature pairs with big healthy calves at side.
