The Only Reason For Selling Is To Manage Stocking Rates As The Drought Continues To Persist. These Heifers Are Really Quiet, Great Mothering Ability And Will Mature To A 1275-1350 Lb. Cow. Bull Bred To Top-end Gardner Angus Bulls And Calved Out On Native Grass. The Calves Are A Healthy 4-9 Wks Old With Tags To Match The Heifers. The Calves Were Given Their First Round Of Shots (provided Above) And Steers Were Knife Cut. This Will Be A GATE CUT Of 6 Pair. They Will Need Picked Up Within 5-7 Days Of The Sale. Seller Story

The Hess family in Protection KS, is a third generation farm and ranching operation in Comanche county Kansas. The Hess Family runs an Angus - Hereford Base Cow Herd focused on a the advantages of the F1 cross from hybrid vigor, longevity, disposition and mothering ability. To manage the potential drought conditions the past two years they have decided to sell some young pairs in order to conserve what grass they do have. These animals are in good condition and have been developed with longevity in mind. Thanks for looking!
