Seller Story

Ty & Katie Keller are progressive ranchers in the Central Sandhills North of Thedford. They are very focused on using good quality AI bulls to add more growth & performance to their calf crop as Katie runs an ABS service out of the ranch. Their cattle are very calm as the family and kids interact with the cattle every week by horse, ATV and on foot. They have focused on developing a maternal powerhouse cow-base with the Angus - Hereford cross to incorporate hybrid-vigor along with more shape and bone to their feeder calves. Kyle & Kari Haake of the Lazy KH Ranch are 4th generation East of Thedford, NE. Thy run a commercial Angus, Red Angus & Baldy Cross cowherd with a focus on a balanced set of maternal and performance traits. They have an intense AI program for their replacement heifers and use top-end bulls from the likes of Cox, Nutter, Hoffman & Dal Porto Angus. You will see from the videos that the calves have the muscling, athletic - performance base look about them. They all welcome you to the sale and look forward to hearing from you!
