Seller Story

Ethan and Dianne Fuchs have raised five sons and they continue their families’ cattle tradition going back many generations. Their families are rooted in northeastern Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and northeastern New Mexico. They have utilized exclusively Pharo 5-star calving ease bull semen for 18 years and purchased their first 45 Pharo commercial heifers and four registered bulls in Burlington, Colorado, 16 years ago. 100% of their herd bulls since then have been Pharo bred. For many years now they have used only sons of 5-star calving ease bulls. These moderate framed cattle thrive through drought years and good years on shortgrass prairie averaging 4,800 feet elevation. All the cattle are naturally selected for high efficiency and low input.
