Zach Thode and family have been raising strong foundation bred quarter horses not only to market themselves but to use on their own ranch. They focus on cow blooded genetics that are sound, good footed and honest. They need to be willing to do a full day's work; no special treatment, eat what the cows eat through the winter and be an easy keeper. Seller Contingencies:
1. Provide a current Coggins test and health certificate to BigIron prior to sale and available to the new buyer
2. Pedigree and Transfer Papers will be provided to new buyer from seller after collection of payment in 48 hours of sale. Transfer fees will be at buyers expense.
3. Seller will guarantee and warrant horse is visually sound of eyes and wind, non-cribber, free of nerve or navicular disease, foundered and any other known disease.
Buyer Contingencies:
1. Buyer is responsible for pre-inspection prior to purchase.
2. Buyer is responsible for health and insurance coverage on any horse purchase once the horse sale has officially closed.
