You may place bids on this farm for 21 days beginning @ 2:00 PM on November 28 until bidding ends on December 19 @ 2:00 pm. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. Full possession to be given on day of the closing. Terms

The successful high buyer will be notified by a BigIron Realty agent at the conclusion of the auction and will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with 15% down payment to be bank wired within 48 hours of the close of the auction. The balance will be due at closing on or before January 19, 2018. Buyer will receive full possession on the date of closing. Seller will provide marketable title to the buyer evidenced by Title Insurance. The current year real estate taxes will be paid by the Seller and 2018 Real Estate Taxes paid by the Buyer. Property will not be sold subject to financing. Please have all financial arrangements made prior to the auction.
