About the Seller: Dusty Paxton and family Have Ranched In the Central Sandhills Near Mullen, NE for 25+ Years Running Commercial Blk & Blk Baldy Cows And Developing Solid Ranch Quality & Performance Horses. They Have Sold Ranch Horses At Western Performance Sales Including NE Cattlemen's Classic, Black Hills Stock Show and More. The Paxton's will be selling 2 Filly's in this sale that are out of two of their top mares both going back to HC Freckles Nakita on the DAM's side. Both are Bay Mares bred to a stud out of PK Zippos Bluesong. These filly's will have some cowiness and color! Thanks for looking.Horse Sale Guidelines: All sales are complete at end of sale, ownership is transferred to new buyer and encouraged to be insured.
Seller Contingencies:
1. Provide a current Coggins test and health certificate to BigIron prior to sale and available to the new buyer
2. Pedigree and Transfer Papers will be provided to new buyer from seller after collection of payment in 48 hours of sale. Transfer fees will be at buyers expense.
3. Seller will guarantee and warrant horse is visually sound of eyes and wind, non-cribber, free of nerve or navicular disease, foundered and any other known disease.
Buyer Contingencies:
1. Buyer is responsible for pre-inspection prior to purchase.
2. Buyer is responsible for health and insurance coverage on any horse purchase once the horse sale has officially closed.
