Red Simmental Bred Heifers (BID PER HEAD), Qty 13 Head, Actual Weight: 1000-1100, Kline Simmental Ranch Has Developed A Highly Reputable Bred Heifer Program Over The Past 10 Years In Conjunction With Our Simmental Seedstock Operation. We Purchase Heifer Calves From Some Of Our Top Bull Buying Customers, Artificially Inseminate Them, And Resell Them As Bred Heifers The Following Year. KLSR Will Be Offering 13 Red Simmental Bred Heifers In This Lot. These Heifers Will Be The Top Cut Of The Bred Heifers. These Females Were AI Bred May 29th,30th,31st Using MGA & Heat Detection Protocol With A Due Date Of March 10th. The AI Sire For The Red Simmentals Is Mr. SR Redwood (½ Sim ½ Red Angus) We Have Had Excellent Success With Redwood On Virgin Heifers In Our Registered Herd, So We Elected To Use Him Heavily In Both Our Registered Herd Again And Our Commercial Program. His Calves Come Small, Printing A Blaze Face On Approximately 50% Of The Calves, They Are Moderate, Very Stylish, Heavy Muscled, And Are Easy To Market. These Heifers Were Ultra-sounded In The End Of August But Will Be Preg Checked To Verify Pregnancy By Dr. Nadine Tedford Of Sheridan Animal Hospital Prior To The Sale. The Heifers Have Received 3 Rounds Of Modified Live And 7way/Somnus Vaccines Prior To Breeding, Vista 5 VL5 In February 2021, They Are All Bangs Vaccinated.
