Bender Cattle Co. of Lexington, NE has deep roots in the cow/calf and feedlot industry of Nebraska. They are also known for there exceptional horse program. There horse resume is full of horses that have competed and won in the AQHA and NRCHA with multiple world champions. The key to the success of this horse program is they use them everyday on the ranch and in the feedlot. Their horses are bred with exceptional bloodlines that are athletic, tough and conformationally correct that just flat know how to go out and get a job done.Horse Sale Guidelines
1. Seller will:
a. Guarantee and warrant horse is visually sound of eyes and wind, a non-
cribber, free of nerve or navicular disease, founder and any other known
disease.
b. Maintain the health and condition of horse until buyer pickup within 7 days
of the sale
c. Provide current Coggins test and health certificate documentation
d. Provide Pedigree and Transfer Papers to BigIron and will be provided to the
buyer after collection of payment and post 7 days of the sale. Transfer fees
will be at buyers expense.
2. All sales are final at the completion of the auction and ownership is transferred
to new buyer.
3. Buyer is encouraged to purchase insurance on their horse at the close of the
auction.
4. Buyer is responsible for pre-inspection prior to purchase
