    Tract 1: 240+/- Acres

    Description: Plan to add this productive farm to your operation. There are 226.65 acres of cropland on this tract and according to the Upper Big Blue NRD, 173 of those are considered irrigated. Personal property included in the sale is a 7-tower Valley with a corner system and an 80 HP gearhead w/pump. The power unit and fuel tanks are not included in the sale. There are also two grain bins on the farm, they are approximately an 8,000 bushel and a 16,000 bushel. There is good gravel road access only 1 ½ miles off of Hwy 66.


    The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid.

You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning November 7, 2023, and ending November 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. This online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received on any tract within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding will be automatically extended to five minutes on all tracts. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.  All bidders must be approved to bid, so please register on bigiron.com at least 24 hours prior to the auction close o rcall 800-887-8625 for assistance.
