    Tract 1 is 313.3 acres with 304.9 acres cropland and 8.4 acres grass. It’s the S ½ 21-2-39 located 7 miles north of the US Hwy 36 and US Hwy 27 intersection at Wheeler, KS. The half section is northeast of the intersection of Road 19 and Road U. Over half the soils are Satanta loams with high water storage capacity and considered prime farmland if irrigated, but still, a highly desirable type 2 dryland soil. It has high FSA bases totaling 195.94 acres: Wheat base 123.38 acres with a 45 bu PLC yield; Corn base 72.56 acres with a 101 bu PLC yield. This is a great opportunity for any investor. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you are required to be available by phone.

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this land for 14 days beginning December 1, 2020, and ending December 15, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing times will be automatically extended when any one of the tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes. This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
