The farm is irrigated with Zimmatic 7 tower center pivot that shows 1,319 hours on the meter. Water is from the Bostwick Irrigation District and is pumped to the pivot with a Cornell 4 inch pump powered with a New Holland 5.0 L 4 cylinder diesel power unit. There is a fuel tank also selling with the farm. There is underground pipe from the republican river pump (File 45002) that would make water available if the same buyer also purchased tract 4 or enters into an agreement with the buyer of tract 4. The land was in soybeans in 2017. The hay shed in the SW corner of the tract is NOT included and has been surveyed.

The scheduled closing time on Tracts 2, 3, 4 & 5 will be automatically extended when any one of the tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receives a bid for 5 minutes. This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any one tract.
The bidding increments will be $50 per acre. The final sale value will be calculated on a per acre basis times the highest bid received on each tract
You may place bids on this farm beginning February 16. Bidding concludes on March 2. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled ending time, the bidding period is automatically extended for five more minutes. The extension process will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the last day of the auction to register to bid online.
