All these tracts of land are located north of Aurora, Nebraska, right in the heart of corn country.     BigIron Realty Agents will be at the Leadership Center in Aurora, NE, on August 29, 2023,from 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the online auction. Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm. BigIron Realty Representatives will assist buyers with registering to bid online. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning August 15, 2023, and ending August 29, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing times will be automatically extended when any of the coupled tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes. This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours before the auction close or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.


    The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated per-acre basis times the highest bid received on each tract.


    Tract 2: This 155.31-acre tract of land lies nicely, has good soil, excellent access, and good production history. The sale includes a 2012 8-tower Reinke pivot, well, pump, 75 HP electric motor, and panel. Note: There are 155.31 crop acres of which 12.65 acres are owned by the Aurora Airport Authority. The current lease from this agreement will transfer to the new buyer. This tract will be selling as 143.15 total acres.


    Land Location:   From the Highway 14 & 34 intersection in Aurora, go 2 miles north. The farm is located on the east side of the road.
