This dryland tract of crop ground also lies nearly level and possession is open for the fall of 2022 planting. It is being summer fallowed for planting in early fall of 2022. Sellers will retain one-half (1/2) of the mineral rights for 10 years of non-participating.

The bidding increments have changed to $25/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on total acres times the highest bid.  The real estate agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning May 31, 2022, and ending June 14, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. MDT.  This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. Terms:  The successful Buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement immediately after the sale with a 10% non-refundable down payment to be payable to Bison Title Escrow, 121 So.
