Tract 2 is 263 acres of native grass in the southwest corner of section 24-3-40 in Cheyenne County. It’s two miles east of the St. Francis, KS, water tower, on 1st Street that turns into paved Road 0. The pasture is north of Road 0. It has four wire fences on all sides. It’s cross fenced for rotational grazing into three separate grazing areas. They all adjoin at a solar-powered water well and tank. There’s a set of pipe corrals in the northwest corner of the pasture with a storage building. Sand Creek adds another water source. It runs through the west side of the property with mature trees and scenic views. This is a beautiful pasture, well located on a blacktop road and in high demand for area cattle producers. Immediate possession at closing.

The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on total acres times the highest bid. Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.
