The pivot is currently located on the neighbor’s side of the line and is connected to his well. The neighbor/tenant uses this pivot to irrigate their property, in return they supply water to the Luckow property. There is currently no obligation or agreement to continue this arrangement.
The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning November 7, 2023, and ending November 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. This online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received on any tract within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding will be automatically extended to five minutes on all tracts. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.
