    General Description

    This is an irrigated 73.89+/- acre tract. There is a well on this tract, but it is pivot irrigated with the neighbor’s pivot and well. That arrangement is not part of this sale. Buyer would have to make their own arrangements with the neighbor or install their own pivot. There is a John Deere diesel power unit and fuel tank that goes with the farm. There are 73 Certified Irrigated acres that are on the farm, according to the Lower Loup NRD.


    Agents comments: These are very productive farms with great access and are close to local markets, including ethanol plants. Seller says “There is good deer hunting in the area with lease potential for a buyer.”  Plan on adding these tracts to your operation!

    BigIron Realty Agents will be at the BigIron Realty Office, in Columbus, Nebraska, on Wednesday, March 27th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and on Thursday, March 28th from 8:00 am until the conclusion of the online auction.     BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm beginning March 14, 2019. Bidding concludes on March 28, 2019. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled ending time, the bidding period is automatically extended for five more minutes. The extension process will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the last day of the auction to register to bid online.
