It offers one oversized outbuilding on the property at the entrance. There will be an easement for the well and water-sharing agreement provided before the auction closes. There is currently no tenant in place going forward, including the 2022 year.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning December 28, 2021, and ending January 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing time will automatically extend when the property receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and close when there is no bid for 5 minutes.
