Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm. BigIron Realty Representatives will assist buyers with registering to bid online. You do not have to be present to bid online, but you must be available by phone.

     

    BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning September 22, 2023, through October 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received on any tract within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding will be automatically extended to five minutes on all tracts. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online.     Legal Description: Both parcel numbers are in SW 1/4, Section 23, Township 89 North, Range 10 West, Buchanan County, IA, containing 74+/- acres.

    Land Location:   From Jesup, Iowa, go approximately 2 miles east on Old Hwy 20 to Deacon Ave. Turn north on Deacon Ave and continue for 2 miles to 200th Street. Turn right on 200th Street and go approximately 1 mile east, and the land will be on the north side of 200th Street. Or go east on 183rd Street to Central Ave. Then turn south on Central Ave and go approximately ½ mile south to 190th Street.
