    Agent Comments: BigIron has been given the privilege to auction the following real estate from Alma M. Schumacher Estate. The offering of this much pivot irrigated land located in proximity is extremely rare, so buyers please take notice. All the farms are rolling, which is typical of the area. These farms are located approximately 10 miles west of Cedar Rapids, NE, tracts 1 and 2 are located right on HWY 56 and tracts 3, 4, and 5 are just off HWY 56 on 507th Ave which is a good gravel road.     BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning February 29, 2024, and ending March 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. This online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received on any tract within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding will be automatically extended to five minutes on all tracts. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed.
