Michael and his wife Terri live in Bloomfield, Iowa. They were both raised on family farms raising livestock, hay, and row crop. Michael’s family lived East of Bloomfield, near Troy and Terri’s family lived south of Cantril and Milton. They operate the Quality Mark LLC Self Storage business in Bloomfield.
Michael is a trained auctioneer, ring man, and a licensed real estate agent. His college experiences include marketing, accounting, supply chain management, and business office management. Michael has attended personal property appraisal classes such as National Auctioneer Association sponsored personal property appraisal classes. He was first licensed to sell real estate in 2014.
Michael and his parents operated a True Value Farm and Home store for 40 years in Bloomfield. Customer service and quality service were and continue to be important to Michael. This gave him hands on experience with commercial equipment, construction equipment, and commercial properties.
Michael chose to work with BigIron Auctions as an Independent Sales Representative due to the wide variety of services offered and recently joined the BigIron Realty Team. Michael’s philosophy in sales is, “What can we do for you?”.
